Our orders are processed within 1-3 business days. During seasonal times like new year, order processing can take up to 4 business days. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.
Shipping Times and Cost
- We offer FREE shipping for customers in Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, China, and Malaysia.
- We ship from our office located in Bangkok, Thailand, using "Thailand post".
- Orders shipping to an address in Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, China, Malaysia, Australia, UK, New Zealand, France, and German will arrive within 7-14 days.
- We currently ship to Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, UK, New Zealand, France, and German only, but we plans to expand to other countries soon!!
Guidance on Tariffs
If you purchase our products from overseas, customs duty may be incurred. In that case, please note that any customs duties incurred will be borne by the purchaser.

現在のところ、お届けさせていただいてる国は、日本及び韓国、香港、台湾、シンガポール、マレーシア、オーストラリア、イギリス、ニュージーランド、フランス、ドイツです。
